1.1 Lalals is an online platform that provides AI music creation and AI voice transformation tools, allowing users to create songs, generate vocals, and transform their voices for speaking, singing, or rapping purposes. 1.2 Lalals is owned and operated by Lalals FZ-LLC, a company registered under the laws of the United Arab Emirates ("Lalals," "we," "us," or "our"). 1.3 This Agreement forms a legally binding contract between you and Lalals. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2.1 To access the Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 2.2 You may not share your account with anyone else or impersonate another person. 2.3 Lalals may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, applicable law, or act in a way that harms the platform or its users. 2.4 You must be at least 16 years old, or of legal age in your jurisdiction, to use Lalals. If under the age of majority, parental or guardian consent is required.
3.1 Overview: Lalals provides AI voice transformation services ("AI Voices") allowing users to generate and transform voices, including both Original Voices and Inspired Voices. 3.2 Original Voices (Commercial Use Permitted): • "Original Voices" are proprietary voice models created by Lalals using legally licensed data and professional voice actors. • Outputs generated using Original Voices may be used commercially, including in songs, advertisements, film, television, streaming, and distribution, provided they comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. • Users are responsible for obtaining all necessary clearances for any third-party material used in combination with Lalals' services. • Lalals grants a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable license to commercially use outputs generated from Original Voices. All intellectual property in the models and systems remains the exclusive property of Lalals. 3.3 Inspired Voices (Personal Use Only): • "Inspired Voices" are AI models that resemble, emulate, or are influenced by identifiable real-world individuals, including artists, celebrities, and public figures. • Outputs from Inspired Voices are provided strictly for personal, non-commercial, and educational purposes only. • You may not publish, distribute, advertise, broadcast, monetise, perform publicly, or release any outputs generated from Inspired Voices without the explicit written consent of the rights holder or person represented. • You may not use any Inspired Voice to impersonate, defame, mislead, deceive, or imply endorsement or affiliation. • Use of an Inspired Voice without proper authorisation may violate rights of publicity, privacy, and likeness laws in multiple jurisdictions. You assume full legal responsibility for compliance.
4.1 You agree to use Lalals only in compliance with this Agreement and all applicable laws, including intellectual property and data protection laws. 4.2 You may not: • Use Lalals to infringe copyrights or trademarks. • Use AI-generated voices or outputs to deceive, impersonate, or defame others. • Upload or distribute content that is obscene, defamatory, hateful, or unlawful. • Interfere with Lalals' servers, code, or security systems. • Train or create competing AI models using Lalals' technology or outputs. 4.3 Lalals reserves the right to remove any content or suspend any account that violates these terms or applicable law.
5.1 The Stem Splitter and similar tools are provided for educational, analysis, and creative experimentation purposes. 5.2 You may not extract or use stems from copyrighted or commercially released material in any commercial context without explicit permission from the rights holders. 5.3 Any use of Lalals to manipulate, remix, or redistribute copyrighted works without authorisation is your sole legal responsibility. 5.4 Lalals disclaims all liability for any user's misuse of the Stem Splitter or other tools in violation of copyright law.
6.1 You are solely responsible for all content that you upload, record, or process on Lalals. 6.2 You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to upload and use such content. 6.3 By uploading, you grant Lalals a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process and analyse your files to operate, maintain, and improve the Services. 6.4 Lalals may remove or delete content at its discretion and does not guarantee storage or backup of files. 6.5 Lalals will never publicly distribute or resell your uploaded recordings without your consent.
7.1 Lalals offers both free and paid subscription plans. 7.2 Free accounts are limited to personal, non-commercial use. 7.3 Paid users may use Original Voices commercially, as permitted under their plan. 7.4 Lalals may modify pricing, plans, or available features at any time, with reasonable notice. 7.5 You are responsible for any taxes, fees, or currency charges applied by your payment provider.
8.1 Lalals owns all intellectual property rights in and to the Services, including AI models, algorithms, datasets, and code. 8.2 You retain ownership of any original content you upload but grant Lalals rights to process and use it for model improvement under Section 6. 8.3 You may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or resell Lalals' technology or branding. 8.4 The "Lalals" name, logo, and product marks are registered trademarks of Lalals FZ-LLC. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
9.1 You are fully responsible for ensuring that your use of Lalals' outputs complies with all applicable copyright, likeness, publicity, and moral rights laws in your country. 9.2 Lalals does not guarantee that outputs are legally clear for all jurisdictions. 9.3 You agree not to rely on Lalals as a source of legal clearance and to obtain your own legal advice before commercialising any content. 9.4 Lalals disclaims any responsibility for user misuse, infringement, or unlawful use of generated material.
10.1 Lalals provides all services "as is" and "as available." 10.2 We make no warranties about accuracy, realism, or suitability of generated voices or music. 10.3 Lalals disclaims all express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 10.4 Lalals does not guarantee that Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lalals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or reputational harm. 11.2 Lalals' total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the six (6) months prior to the claim. 11.3 You agree to use the Services entirely at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lalals, its employees, affiliates, and contractors from any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising out of: • Your misuse of the Services; • Violation of these Terms; • Upload or publication of infringing content; or • Unauthorised commercial use of any AI-generated material.
13.1 Lalals respects intellectual property and likeness rights and complies with takedown laws including DMCA-style processes. 13.2 To report a violation, contact support@lalals.com with proof of ownership and a clear description of the content in question. 13.3 Lalals may remove any infringing content and suspend repeat violators.
14.1 Lalals collects and processes user data according to our Privacy Policy. 14.2 By using Lalals, you consent to the collection and use of your data to operate and improve our Services. 14.3 Lalals employs security measures to protect user data but cannot guarantee absolute security of online transmissions.
15.1 Lalals may suspend or terminate access for violations, fraudulent activity, or at its discretion. 15.2 Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately, and you must delete any prohibited materials. 15.3 You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting support@lalals.com.
16.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflicts of law. 16.2 Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with UAE law and seated in the UAE. 16.3 Lalals reserves the right to seek injunctive relief or legal remedies for misuse of its intellectual property or brand.
Lalals may amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on the website or notified by email. Continued use after modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
18.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Lalals. 18.2 If any provision is held invalid, the remaining terms remain in effect. 18.3 Lalals' failure to enforce any right does not waive future enforcement. 18.4 You may not assign these Terms without Lalals' prior written consent.
