1.3 This Agreement constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Lalals. By using Lalals, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

User Accounts
2.1 To use Lalals, you must create a user account. You may create a user account by providing us with your name, email address, and other required information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user account and password.

2.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your user account and to update your information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

2.3 You may not share your user account with anyone else. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your user account.

2.4 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your user account if we suspect that you have violated this Agreement or any applicable laws or regulations.

Voice Transformation Services
3.1 Lalals provides voice transformation services to its users. Our service allows users to transform their voice into any voice of their choice, including celebrity voices, for speaking, singing and rapping purposes.

3.2 You acknowledge that our voice transformation services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that our services will meet your requirements or that they will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

3.3 You acknowledge that our voice transformation services are provided using artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms. Our AI vocals are only trained with legal material, but we do not take any liability for the produced samples. We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of our voice transformation services.

3.4 You acknowledge that our voice transformation services may not be suitable for all purposes and that you are solely responsible for determining whether our services meet your needs.

Use of Lalals
4.1 You agree to use Lalals in compliance with this Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations.

4.2 You may not use Lalals for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to copyright infringement, trademark infringement, or the transmission of any material that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful.

4.3 You may not use Lalals to impersonate or misrepresent yourself as another person, entity, or organization.

4.4 You may not use Lalals to harass, intimidate, or threaten any person or entity.

4.5 You may not use Lalals to collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information of any person without their consent.

User Content
5.1 Lalals allows users to upload files and recordings to our platform for voice transformation purposes.

5.2 You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the content that you upload to Lalals.

5.3 You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, infringes on any intellectual property rights, or violates any applicable laws or regulations.

5.4 You agree that Lalals may use the content that you upload to improve our services and train our machine learning algorithms.

5.5 You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to upload the content that you provide to Lalals and that such content does not infringe on any third-party rights.

5.6 You acknowledge that Lalals does not guarantee the confidentiality or security of any content that you upload to our platform.

5.7 Lalals reserves the right to remove any content that violates this Agreement or any applicable laws or regulations.

Fees and Payment
6.1 Lalals offers both free and paid subscription plans.

6.2 Free users may use our voice transformation services but may not use their transformed files commercially.

6.3 Paid users may use our voice transformation services for commercial purposes.

6.4 Lalals reserves the right to change the fees and subscription plans at any time. Any changes to the fees or subscription plans will be communicated to you in advance.

6.5 You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of Lalals.

Intellectual Property
7.1 Lalals owns all intellectual property rights in and to our vocal transformation services, including all software, algorithms, and content.

7.2 You acknowledge that Lalals owns all rights, title, and interest in and to our voice transformation services and that you have no rights to our services other than as expressly granted in this Agreement.

7.3 You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or transfer any portion of Lalals or our vocal transformation services without our prior written consent.

7.4 Lalals respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed, please contact us at support@wordpress-1027865-3624567.cloudwaysapps.com.

Disclaimer of Warranties
8.1 Lalals provides our voice transformation services “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of our services.

8.2 We do not guarantee that our services will meet your requirements or that they will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

8.3 Lalals disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability
9.1 Lalals shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising from your use of Lalals or our voice transformation services.

9.2 Lalals shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our voice transformation services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

9.3 In no event shall Lalals’ total liability to you exceed the amount that you have paid to us for your use of our voice transformation services.

Indemnification
10.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Lalals harmless from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including but not limited to attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of Lalals or our voice transformation services, or any violation of this Agreement or any applicable laws or regulations.

Governing Law
11.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Dispute Resolution
12.1 Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement or your use of Lalals shall be resolved through binding arbitration, conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

13. Termination

13.1 Lalals may terminate this Agreement and your access to our voice transformation services at any time and for any reason, with or without notice.

13.2 Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall immediately cease all use of Lalals and our voice transformation services.

Miscellaneous
14.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Lalals with respect to your use of our voice transformation services and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Lalals.

14.2 Lalals may assign this Agreement without your consent.

14.3 If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14.4 Lalals’ failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

14.5 This Agreement shall not be construed to create any agency, partnership, joint venture, or other form of joint enterprise between you and Lalals.

14.6 You may not assign this Agreement without Lalals’ prior written consent.
