Plan Cancellation/Account Deletion

overview account management is fully self managed within your lalals account you can cancel your plan at any time or permanently delete your account directly from your profile settings both actions are designed to be quick and straightforward, with no need to contact support plan cancellation cancelling your plan stops future billing while allowing you to continue using lalals until the end of your current billing period this option is ideal if you want to pause your subscription without losing your account account deletion deleting your account permanently removes your lalals account and associated data once deleted, this action cannot be undone only proceed with account deletion if you are sure you no longer need access to lalals workflow cancelling a plan open your profile locate and click your profile icon in the bottom left of the screen click change plan to view your current subscription click cancel subscription and follow the on screen steps to confirm your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle workflow deleting an account open your profile locate and click your profile icon in the bottom left of the screen click other to access additional account options click delete account and confirm to permanently remove your account important notes plan cancellation stops future payments but does not delete your account account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed if you have an active subscription, it is recommended to cancel your plan before deleting your account need help? if you experience any issues cancelling your plan or deleting your account, please contact support before proceeding manage your account with confidence and stay in control of your subscription directly from your lalals profile
